The Service may facilitate the movement of funds through integrations with third-party providers. Tiplo does not act as a financial institution, does not hold funds on behalf of users, and does not guarantee the performance of any third-party services.
You acknowledge that the timing, processing, and completion of transactions may depend on third-party providers and external systems that are outside of Tiplo's control. You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information submitted in connection with payments and for maintaining sufficient funds where applicable.
Use of the Service may be subject to fees, including subscription or transaction-based charges. By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize Tiplo or its partners to process such payments.
Tiplo reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time upon reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiplo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Tiplo's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tiplo in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Tiplo does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
